BIO:
Dr. Daphné Richemond-Barak is Assistant Professor in the Lauder School of Government, Diplomacy and Strategy at Reichman University, Israel, where she heads the International Program in Government. She also serves as an Adjunct Scholar at the Modern War Institute at West Point. She holds a Maîtrise from Université Panthéon-Assas, a Diploma in Legal Studies from Oxford University, an LL.M. from Yale Law School, and a Ph.D. from Tel Aviv University. Her research focus on peace and war, with an interest in international institutions, international security, and the laws of armed conflict. She has written a monograph Underground Warfare, published at Oxford University Press (2018) and Rosenne's The World Court: What it Is and How it Works (Brill, 2021).
